My Notes:  I was fascinated when I saw this on the shelf at my favorite beer shop Siciliano’s Market in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I drank a version a year and a half ago named Scarborough Fair from Terra Firma in Traverse City, MI.  Like the Simon & Garfunkel song, both beers utilize a mix of herbs that are unexpected.  The herbs combined with the farmhouse spirit of Saison du Buff made for a very drinkable beer and 2 for 2 for me.  I loved them both. (and I should have drank it sooner!)
